The Queen Victoria Women's Centre will be opening its doors on Saturday 29 July as part of Open House Melbourne.

For Open House Melbourne 2023 QVWC and Ngardang Girri Kalat Mimini (NGKM) artists will host a weaving workshop on Saturday 29 July from 1pm-4pm in Wayi Djerring, Level 4. There will also be an exhibition about the development, production and launch of our 4.6-metre-high public artwork Creative Resilience in our ground floor Birnbeal exhibition space.

Wayi Djerring, Level 4 and Millarri Murnmut, Level 5 (our secret rooftop) will be open for viewing, with a display of historical photos, images and references to the history of the building. All spaces will be open from 9am-5pm. The QVWC SHOP will have offers for visitors on the day.
